in GDB compiler why strlwr are not support

strlwr() is non-standard function. You can write your own implementation as mentioned here

char *strlwr(char *str)
{
  unsigned char *p = (unsigned char *)str;
  while (*p) {
     *p = tolower((unsigned char)*p);
      p++;
  }
  return str;
}
