it says compiling program and goes on loading

There are sometimes problems with the server.

Try saving your work and reloading the OnlineGDB. That usually resolves this issue for me.

i tried reloading the website again but it compiles the same and its longer

Just to confirm: the compilation never finishes. The "Compiling Program" message never goes away.
