Hello,
My teacher has requested us to upload all projects as .c file and not a zip file of the project. How can this be done with multiple files in one project, but upload one .c file of the project?

You can just copy-paste all of your code into a single source file. It should work.
You can ask for clarifications from the teacher as well.
