#include <iostream>
using namespace std;
int main()
{
    int n, m;
    cin >> n >> m;
    while(n != m)
        if(n > m)
            n -= m;
        else
            m -= n;
    cout << n << endl;
    return 0;
}

What are you trying to accomplish? If you want to add more variables that is:

    int n{}, m{},p{},q{};
    std::cin >> n >> m>>p>>q;
