What do you mean by 3D model? Do you mean graphics? Are you looking for a 3D graphics modelling/sculpting program?

Check out

ZBrush (the ZBrushCoreMini version is free -- available on the same site)
Maya 3D (seems to have a trial version)
Unity Pro Builder (free until you start to make big revenue)
AutoCad (Professional 3D design for industrial use, e.g. car design; free trial available)

There are many more. I'm not an artist, so your question probably would be better off on an art or computer aided design (CAD) forum.
