a Friend of mine is in a class that is using an IDE called Netbeans. He has a chromebook and Netbeans is not compatible with Chromebooks. What are his options?

There is a free NetBeans connector extension for Google Chrome in the Chrome Web Store. Once downloaded, NetBeans is installed on the Chromebook and ready to be used. To get to this, search "NetBeans Java chrome extension" (omitting the quotation marks), and click on the first link that shows up. Hope this helps!
