Hey i'm trying to use the Sleep() command but it won't work and if I include the windows.h library it says:"No such file or directory" what do I do?

Your code runs on Linux machine.
So windows platform based program can't run.

So what what do I use instead of Sleep()?

You may use sleep() available <unistd.h> header file.
