one month is sufficient to learn c language but you have to do much more practice on the basic problems.
you can learn it online from any good website or c in depth book.

From my point of view it is easy to learn any programming language in general, taking into account that you have subsequently learned programming bases that help you to develop in a wide range of languages.
I could not tell you a specific learning time, but considering that c is a high level language you can learn easily, in online courses or in a programming book.
