For Linux (using g++): https://stackoverflow.com/questions/5947067/how-to-create-a-static-library-with-g

For Windows (using Visual Studio): https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/build/walkthrough-creating-and-using-a-static-library-cpp?view=msvc-160

ONlineGDB: I don't think that is possible. Why would you need a library for an OnlineGDB project anyway?

Online GBD is for micro-projects. Trying out something. For a small code there isn't much need to create a library that can be shared.
