Any body have C language hand written notes please provide me ?

All you need is a good language reference.

It has all the standard C functions with details on how they work illustrated with examples.

Also, C++ reference is available on the same site.

There's a channel on youtube named Programming with Harry... His C hand written notes had helped me a lot! Hope it helps you out too!!
