How can i learn c programming within shortest period of time

I was about to joke that you'll need to code 24/7 to achieve your goal in the shortest amount of time.

But to keep things serious, you'll need to sleep to store what you've learned in your brain. Also, you learn things really when you recall them, so you should try to remember how to do things, instead of copy-pasting them all the time.

Apart from this, check out various tutorial sites and dive in. It's best if you understand the concepts behind it as well, not just the function names. And it's always handy to keep the reference manual close.
