Grab a tutorial and follow its guidance. Learn the basic language (types, branching, loops, functions, pointers, etc), then try to solve more and more complex problems.

You could learn basics from various websites and tutorials but command over language can come with a right teacher , I have studied from mysirg from youtube and have also taken his course of c, c++ and DSA trust me it can be a game changer for you. Various students of mysirg are working in FAANG companies. So don't waste time learning here and there just purchase his course or you can find the older courses of him for free online. I don't know how. Best of luck
