Yes,  you can but not fully. You can make sentence based games but if it requires graphics and animations etc, you will need more than python

Yes you can make... but for maths operations u need java and for layout you need python

Try https://www.pygame.org/ for creating games in Python with nice graphics.

And you can always just use the console for simple UI, like math games, or hangman, or text-based games.

yes you can but they are some stuff that you cannot do with python, you can't do every thing with python, you will still need a gaming engine
